All members agree upon joining and while a member of BugonPtc that he / she / company will abide and comply by all of the terms & conditions of the site. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If at any time you do not agree with the terms of our site, you must cancel your membership immediately.

BugonPtc does not share the information of any member without prior approval from the member. This means we do not sell your e-mail address or any information provided at member signup nor do we provide to any other person / company at any time. BugonPtc will NEVER share your information unless specifically legally required to do so. Members can share their personal information on their websites at their own will.

The following is a list of policies that we strictly enforce. Failure to comply with one or more of these policies may potentially result in the violator's account being terminated.

Limit of One Person Per BugonPtc Member Account. Multiple members of a household may sign up to a maximum of three total household members per family.

The use of false information either when signing up or in the process of trying to get referrals will not be tolerated.

We research cheaters on a continual basis and have many routes in which to track down chaters. If a member is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and completely ban the user from our network. Cheating includes but is not limited to any of the following:

Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.

Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.

Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfeire with our system.

Under any circumstances that any person causes our business harm in any form, we will prosecute the individual or business to the fullest extent of the law.

We do not beleive in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site. Unless you specifically opt in for paid e-mails, these are the only e-mails you will receive. Spamming of any type to gain referrals will be construed as cheating and your account will be terminated immediately upon confirming.

Inactive accounts will not be deleted. We do not expect advertisers to login every 45 days to keep their advertising accounts active. This is both inpractical and ineffective.

Under no circumstances may a website / banner contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. Framebreakers are strictly forbidden. A website must not exceed one popup / popunder ad.

Websites of all languages are invited to our website. We are a worldwide traffic provider and welcome websites of all languages! Websites must not contain or promote viruses, malware, spyware, or bugs of any type.

Websites that contain popup prompts or dialog boxes of any type will be removed from the network.

The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows or break any of the above terms.

Websites that are inactive and are not on a network because a page is not present will be removed. Websites that have been suspsended by the host will be removed after seen suspended for a period of 10 days. We strive to keep our affiliates interested in viewing websites. Viewing blank pages and suspended websites is dull and unentertaining for our members. In addition, websites that contain generic pages from their domain registrar with meaningless links to keywords related to the domain will also be removed. We are not responsible for contacting members prior to removing websites due to noncompliance of terms and will remove websites without notice for breaking our terms.

This agreement is subject to change at any time. Members are responsible for checking terms on an ongoing basis to verify they continue to agree with our terms and conditions.
